NaturallyCurly (NC) is an online community and educational resource for women with textured hair. I started as an intern here in 2016 while in grad school and quickly fell in love with community-based marketing and facilitating important conversations.
Upon graduating with my Masters, I became the lead on our two biggest digital marketing campaigns of the year; The Editors’ Choice Awards and 20th Anniversary campaigns.

Exceeded the goal for Editor’s Choice page views by 184%
16.3% avg. ER on Editors Choice Youtube videos compared to avg. 5%
1,400% ER increase across social platforms during Editors Choice Campaign
1,204% increase in total social impressions in 2018
Collaborated with sales on multimedia campaign for an international hairbrush brand which became the top-performing video to date with over 805k views on Instagram
